Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Fionn Art's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Services

Fionn Art provides design services including but not limited to UI/UX design, brand identity, and digital product design. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual project agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Fionn Art retains the right to display work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Standard terms require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion.

5. Revisions

The number of revision rounds included in a project will be specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the project.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fionn Art's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
