Mivly is an iPhone app that turns photos you choose into a square photo story. You can edit the layout, text, background, and stickers, then save or share the images. Mivly does not require an account. It does not show advertising and it does not offer in-app purchases.

Fionn Art is the data controller. For privacy questions, contact info@fionn.art. Our registered location is in Turkey.

The App Store version of Mivly does not collect personal information. It does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or an account. It does not include analytics, crash reporting, or advertising tracking.

When you select photos, Mivly reads only the images you pick and stores the story on your iPhone. When you choose Save Images, Mivly writes the exported pictures to your photo library. The camera is used only if you choose to photograph a subject for a sticker. Subject lifting for stickers happens on your device. Mivly does not upload your photos, projects, or stickers to Fionn Art.

Because the App Store version does not transmit personal data to Fionn Art, we do not process your personal data on our servers. Photos and stories remain under your control on your device.

Mivly does not display ads and does not sell or share personal information. There is no personal information for us to provide to a third party.

If you are in the European Economic Area, you can ask us to confirm whether we hold personal data about you. For this version of Mivly, we do not. Contact info@fionn.art and we will confirm that.

Mivly is not directed at children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.

Your photos are not transferred to Fionn Art. Stories and stickers stay on your iPhone until you delete a project or delete the app. Saving an image to Photos is handled by iOS and remains in your photo library until you remove it.

If Mivly begins to process personal data, or if this policy otherwise changes, we will update this page and the date above before that version is released.
