By downloading or using Mivly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Mivly lets you compose photo stories on your iPhone from images you select. You can edit frames, add text and stickers, and save or share square images. The App Store version does not require an account and does not include purchases or subscriptions.

You are responsible for the photos, text, and other material you bring into Mivly. Use only content you have the right to use. Your photos and the images you export remain yours. Mivly does not claim ownership of them.

The Mivly app, its layouts, sample artwork, pattern packs, and interface are owned by Fionn Art or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute the app itself except as allowed by the App Store terms.

Do not use Mivly to infringe someone else’s rights or to break the law. The app stores your work on your device; you are responsible for keeping that device secure.

Mivly is provided as is. Fionn Art does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Fionn Art is not liable for loss of photos or other damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. If you are in the European Union, your local mandatory consumer protections still apply.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. If you keep using Mivly after the update, the new terms apply to that continued use.
