Pixie is a completely free coloring application designed for children. Our app does not contain any advertisements and is entirely free to use.

Pixie does not collect any personal information from children or adults. We do not request, store, or process any personal data from our users.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we must have a legal basis for processing personal data. Since Pixie does not collect any personal data, no legal basis for data processing is required. The app functions entirely without personal data collection.

5. How Pixie Works

Pixie connects to a remote server to download coloring images and stores them in the app cache. This approach keeps the app size small and does not take up storage space on your device. The only data transmitted is the image content itself. No personal information is collected or sent.

6. No Advertisements

Pixie is completely ad-free. We do not display any advertisements, and therefore do not collect any data for advertising purposes.

7. No Third-Party Sharing

Since we do not collect any personal information, there is no data to share with third parties. Your privacy is fully protected.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights including: the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data; the right to restrict or object to processing; and the right to data portability. Pixie is designed with children's privacy as a top priority. We fully comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and GDPR provisions for children (GDPR-K) by not collecting any personal information from users of any age. No parental consent is required because no data collection occurs.

10. International Data Transfers

Pixie downloads coloring page images from our servers. No personal data is transferred internationally. The image content downloaded does not contain or transmit any personal information.

11. Data Retention

Since Pixie does not collect personal data, there is no personal data to retain. Coloring images are cached temporarily on your device and can be cleared through your device settings at any time.

12. Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you are located in the EEA and believe your data protection rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
