Pixie is a free digital coloring application designed for children and families. The app provides coloring pages, drawing tools, and creative features. Coloring pages are downloaded from our servers and stored temporarily on your device.

3. User Conduct

Pixie is designed for creative and educational enjoyment. Users should use the app responsibly and for its intended purpose of coloring and creativity. The app does not require any registration or personal information to use.

4. Intellectual Property

All coloring pages and illustrations are original artwork created and curated by Fionn Art. The app content, including hand-drawn vector illustrations, is protected intellectual property. You may save and share your colored creations for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, sell, or commercially use the original coloring page artwork.

5. Parental Supervision

Pixie is designed to be safe for children. We encourage parents and guardians to supervise their children while using the app. If you have any concerns about the content or functionality, please contact us.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pixie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Fionn Art is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this app. We strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Turkey. For users in the European Union, nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable local law, including rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
