Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, form the end user licence agreement (EULA) that governs your use of the Pixie application, website, and related services. By downloading, installing, or using Pixie, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are a parent or guardian, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your child. Children should use Pixie with parental permission and guidance.

Pixie is a digital coloring and games application designed for children and families. The app provides coloring pages, drawing tools, puzzle games, and other creative features. Coloring pages are downloaded from our servers and stored temporarily on your device. Pixie can be downloaded and used free of charge. A selection of optional premium features and content is available through the auto-renewable subscription described below.

Pixie offers an optional auto-renewable subscription: Pixie Premium Monthly. The subscription unlocks premium features and content within the app and is provided for a period of one (1) month. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for successive one (1) month periods unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The current price, the subscription period, and any free trial or promotional offer are displayed in the app and on the App Store product page before you confirm your purchase. Prices may vary by region and may change with notice. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings (App Store > your account > Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Optional purchases are protected by a parental gate, and any purchase must be authorized by a parent or guardian through their Apple Account. We encourage parents to keep their account credentials private and to use Apple's Family Sharing and Ask to Buy features. All payments, billing, renewals, and refunds for subscriptions are handled by Apple. Refund requests can be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you believe a purchase was made by a child without consent, please contact us at info@fionn.art and submit a refund request to Apple.

Pixie is designed for creative and educational enjoyment. Users should use the app responsibly and for its intended purpose of coloring and creativity. The app does not require any registration or personal information to use.

All coloring pages and illustrations are original artwork created and curated by Fionn Art. The app content, including hand-drawn vector illustrations, is protected intellectual property. You may save and share your colored creations for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, sell, or commercially use the original coloring page artwork.

Pixie is designed to be safe for children. We encourage parents and guardians to supervise their children while using the app. If you have any concerns about the content or functionality, please contact us.

Pixie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Fionn Art is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this app. We strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Turkey. For users in the European Union, nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable local law, including rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

If you have any disputes or concerns regarding Pixie, please contact us first at info@fionn.art. We will make every effort to resolve the issue. For EU users, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pixie after any changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.
